Seek Capital Honored as a Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award Winner for being One of the Best Places to work in 2018

Seek Capital, a leader in providing credit cards and startup business capital in the United States, has been honored with a Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award, recognizing the Best Places to Work in 2018. The Employees’ Choice Awards program, now in its 10th year, relies solely on the input of employees, who elect to provide feedback on their jobs, work environments and companies via Glassdoor. Seek Capital ranked #44 form over 770,000 qualifying companies.

“It’s an incredible honor to be recognized as one of the top places to work in 2018. What makes it more special than any other award is that it is voted on by the most important people, our own team. To have our employees vote for us like that is both humbling and affirmation that we are running our business the right way,” said Seek Capital CEO Roy Ferman.

The Best Places to Work are determined using company reviews shared by U.S.-based employees between November 1, 2016 and October 22, 2017. To be considered for the small & medium category, a company must have less than 1,000 employees and have received at least 25 ratings across eight workplace attributes from U.S.-based employees during the period of eligibility. The final list is compiled based on Glassdoor’s proprietary algorithm, and takes into account quantity, quality and consistency of reviews.
