Following the triumphant year of the MoneyGram SocioMX Tour 2017, in which prestigious teams from LigaMX and MLS participated captivating millions of fans on-site and by the live broadcast via Univision Deportes and ESPN in more than twenty-one countries, Sports Marketing Monterrey is honored to announce its first 2018 game. “It will be the best year of SocioMX and we will exceed the expectations of all our Socios,” commented Jorge Villalobos, CEO of Sports Marketing Monterrey.
Gearing up for the World Cup, MoneyGram SocioMX Tour’s first game for 2018 will showcase Cruz Azul FC vs CF Monterrey in San Antonio at the Toyota Field on Sunday, March 25 at 4:00PM (CST). Cruz Azul and Monterrey are widely popular teams among Hispanic soccer fans and Monterrey is currently seeded within the top three teams of LigaMX Clausura 2018 Tournament.
In the year 2017, SocioMX was delighted to gather 22,885 fans in an extraordinary double-header match in Dallas with an exciting incorporation of Pesado, a Mexican Regional music band. MoneyGram SocioMX Tour games features powerful brand experiences from sponsors and partners. Fans will enjoy player appearances, access to private practices, as well as pre-game experiences.
Tickets for the game will first be available through a SocioMX Members exclusive pre-sale on Friday, February 16 at 10:00AM through Saturday, February 17 at 11:59PM (CST). The public on-sale will take place on Monday, February 19 at 10:00AM (CST) online at http://www.ticketmaster.com and also at the AT&T Center box office.
