Crossover Symmetry Partners with O2X to Improve the Shoulder Health of Tactical Athletes

Crossover Symmetry, an evidence based shoulder health and performance system, has partnered with O2X, an active lifestyle company that provides Human Performance Training and education to tactical athletes. Together they are focused on improving the health of firefighters, police offers, first responders, military officers and others in service through the development and conditioning of overall fitness and shoulder health. Already used by Major League Baseball players, CrossFit athletes, professional triathletes, swimmers and golfers, the Crossover Symmetry system uses the highest quality durable bands on the market, alongside medically backed unique shoulder programs that will enhance the education and human performance program that O2X implements nationally.

The O2X Human Performance program provides a revolutionary training and education curriculum that is saving lives and building healthier, safer communities. Their core focus is to help tactical athletes who encounter heightened levels of both mental and physical stress on a daily basis, improve their physical and mental readiness and increase their productivity.
