VTI – Vertebral Technologies, Inc. a MIS spinal implant medical device company based in Minneapolis, MN, had a poster titled A Modular Large Footprint Interbody in Adult Spinal Deformity Patients presented at this year’s annual International Society for the Advancement of Spine Surgery (ISASS) April 12-14, 2017. The poster was presented by Dr. William Lavelle who reported on the results a modular large footprint interbody in Adult Spinal Deformity (ASD). ASD has become more common with the ageing population and is driving the demand for surgical solutions that provide relief from the pain and disability.
Dr. Lavelle stated “At 1 year, the large footprint posterior placed interbody devices had substantial improvement for both back and leg pain as well as ODI.”
